Going through a separation and/or divorce, can be like riding a roller coaster of emotions. At first you may feel completely overwhelmed, then as time passes you will find to yourself feeling hopeful for the future. Periodically the "storm" rolls in, the sadness, anger, anxiety or confusion returns. Know that healing is a process. As you begin to move into your new life and create new dreams, the "storms" will become less and less frequent.

The ending of a significant relationship is a major life transition and it can also be a time of great personal growth. Come share your sorrows, discover new joys, and learn from others as you gain support to navigate the path ahead. You will walk away knowing you have a place to go. A place where you can be seen and heard, your pain can be held, and you will be encouraged to grow and find happiness once again.

 

Our divorce & separation support groups offer you a safe, encouraging place to connect with others that are in a similar situation. A space to offer and gain support, and connect with others who can understand what you are going through. You are not alone.

Wednesday evenings. A divorce group offers you

the opportunity to meet with others, gain a sense 

of community, connection and support during
