About Me
I am a counselor, coach, and Daring Way™ Trained Facilitator grounded in Dr. Brené Brown’s research on vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness. I currently work virtually with both individuals and groups.
I offer:
- Counseling for individuals in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Peer support and psychoeducation through my separation and divorce support group to individuals living inside and outside of Washington State
- Mind-body and life coaching for individuals living outside Washington State
The end of a relationship can feel profoundly disorienting. It often brings deep grief, uncertainty, and a loss of identity and belonging. My separation and divorce support group provides a compassionate space for community, connection, healing, as you begin rebuilding your life.
I bring warmth, compassion, and a deep belief in your capacity to move through difficult transitions and create meaningful change.
I am open, caring and nonjudgmental. Our work together will be an interactive and supportive process where you can grieve, grow, laugh and celebrate as you move towards healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
